A couple of weeks ago, I attended a party for a local Ferret enthusiast.  I met some interesting people, all of whom owns or owned a Ferret at some time and all were animal lovers who also had taken in a variety of pets, from cats and dogs, to hamsters, mice and rats.  One lady, Linda Morgan, brought with her a unique item that she built for her Ferrets, it is a Ferret Fun House.  We let a couple of the little fuzzys loose inside the Fun House and they appeared to enjoy the many cubby holes, swinging doors and places they could explore, along with the toy hanging from the roof.  Linda is considering building and selling these unique play houses for other Ferret owners.  Let us know what you think, if you are interested in one of these for your Ferrets, I will drop Linda a line and let her know of your interest to have one of your own.

As you can see from the photos, there are plenty of doors that swing open, holes for them to explore and even a swing open garage shown in this last picture.  They also loved the little toy hanging from the roof and and ramp on the front of the house.  The roof lifts off for easy cleaning and carrying and the house is light weight so it’s easy to pick up and move to different areas of the house.  All in all, a very nice design and a brilliant idea.  Great job Linda!
